The circular letters and recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey as well as the World Health Organization (WHO) are being observed and complied with verbatim at all of the hotels within the organization of our Group.

Since the date of our incorporation, we, as Barut Hotels, have been perfectly fulfilling all of the sanitary requirements for our guests in accordance with the international standards. Our hygiene practices are inspected and certified every month by ISIS (International Sanitary Inspection Service), an international independent organization. Our hygiene certificates and the hygiene practices, being implemented by us within the organization of our enterprise due to the Covid-19, are accessible through www.baruthotels.com

We hereby request you to act in line with the details and information as provided in this guidebook, and also to observe and comply with such details and information for the purpose of protecting both your own health and our other esteemed guests staying at our hotel together with you, as well as our staff members serving for you, during the period of your stay at our hotel.

Should we wear a mask at the pool?
Our guests do not have to wear a mask.

Should we sign a form before we go out of the premises?
Clients will be asked to inform the Hotelier when they leave the premises to be able to making backward investigation in the case of confirmed Covid-19. Details will be stored in the issued form for a certain period.
What is the measures about using the pool?
There is no restriction needed about the capacity as Hotel’s pool size comply with the relevant Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s regulations. Sunloungers have been placed accordingly the social distance rule. All the sunlounger will be disinfected after each use with designated bleacher(sodium hypocloride). Pool area will be washed daily with chlorine out of the operating hours.
Do we have to make a reservation to use Fitness?
Reservations must be made one day in advance from reception itness. As our prior goal ensuring our clients healt and safety as well as social distance, the use of the gym will be limited to 1 hour, and reservations will be made for 1 person or 1 Family. After each using, fitness room will be desinfected with ULV and afterwards ventilated for the following one hour. The list of the Fitness studio use will be displayed at the Fintness enterance 1 day in advance at 10 pm.
How many persons could be use Sauna at a time?
Since evaporation increasing the risk of contamination in the saunas, reservation will be required before using from Spa center reception. Sauna could be used by the 1 person or 1 family at a time, and will be disinfected with ULV device after each use.
Is there open buffet service available?
Open buffet service will be carried out for the appetizers and desserts only. The service of hot dishes will be A la minute on the set menu which will be changing daily basis. Besides, the tailor made dishes will be provided which appealing to intolerances or dietary.
How to perform animation shows?
As Animation standards are determined by TUI in our hotel, softkey animation will be continued in line with the decisions of TUI, and the animation show offered by the hotel will be limited to live music, the conditions of the activity performed will be shaped according to the course of the situation.
Do Hotelier provide protective equipments and disinfection kits?
Upon arrival, medical masks and gloves are will be provided by the reception and clients will be informed that they could get more from reception when they needed during their stay. Disinfection dispensers have been placed at the each area entrances.
